Most home or office users don't have time to hassle with bringing a computer to a retail repair shop. PC Medics makes it easy by going directly to the customer's home or office to handle all their troubleshooting and computer repair needs. PC Medics makes it convenient for customers to get their problems solved quickly. It may be in some circumstances necessary to have your computer repair done in our shop.

We will try to make this process painless, by leaving a loaner computer (no additional charge), picking up, repairing, and retuning your PC. If you would like to bring your Laptop or Desktop in for repair please call first to make sure someone is in the shop to receive it.

When asked what are the 3 most import things here at PC Medics I have 1 answer client data, client data, and client data. How many of you back up your data daily or weekly? Do you have pictures, music, or documents that you would hate to lose?

We get at least one failed hard drive a week in my shop. On most occasions we are able to recover the data, but when we're not, the only option we have is to send it out to a data recovery center.

The price for this can run into thousands of dollars. Your data might be worth that to you, but will you be willing to spend that kind of money to get it back? No, probably not, you'll suffer the loss and move on. There are some great data backup solutions and some are free.
